Power To Issue Duplicate Copy Of Certificate:

Power to issue duplicate copy of certificate: (1) If the registration certificate issued pursuant to Section 6 is lost or damaged due to any reason, the concerned person shall make an application to the concerned Local Registrar’s Office.

(2) The concerned Local Registrar shall, if he or she finds the content of the application made pursuant to sub-section (1) to be reasonable, issue the duplicate copy of the registration certificate upon collecting the prescribed fees.
